Not much is known at this point of Percy Neymann, other than that he held a PhD, and was active as a photographer in the early 1900s.  His work won accolades and was published in Camera Craft magazine in the teens.
This work is dated 1917, and depicts two nude females under a California oak.  It is signed lower left.
The photograph measures 5.75 x 10.25 inches sight size, and 12 x 15.75 x .5 inches overall including the framing.
It is in excellent condition.
